Sat July 28th 2012Noon Potluck
|Host:||Wayne and Carrol Vance 495-7576|
Wayne will have burger makings and soft drinks. It would be nice if you brought a side dish.
Driving Driections: Mile 80 marker of the Parks Hwy, turn left if northbound on Wilderness Rim then the second left at the runway. I am located in the middle of the field. It's the hanger with the red roof.
The runway is good but crowned so stay in the center (side to side). It looks short from the air because of the trees, but you can touch down half way down or more and still have plenty of time to stop. Total length is 2,200 feet. We usually use 122.8 the same as Willow because itís close.
Fly safe. Wayne
